We are excited to announce our series of Wine & Food Cooking Demonstrations with Jan Dobbener. Currently our Wine Shop Assistant Manager, he was a Chef in former life at renowned restaurants including the Wickaninnish Inn. During each class, Jan and Winery Sommelier, Mike Lee, will guide you through the wine and cuisine of a different region, showcasing tips and techniques along the way. Best of all, you get to eat the delicious family-style meal at the end of the class, and take home the recipes.
