Learn more about plant-based and vegan cooking! We are excited to announce our Wine & Food Cooking Demonstrations with Jan Dobbener. Jan is recognized by most of our guests as our Wine Shop Assistant Manager, but he was a Chef in a former life at renowned restaurants including the Wickaninnish Inn. During each class, Jan and Winery Sommelier Mike Lee will guide you through the wine and cuisine of a different region, showcasing tips and techniques along the way. Best of all, you get to eat the delicious family-style meal at the end of the class and take home the recipes to recreate the experience at home.
