The Rotary Centre for the Arts (RCA) is excited to present legendary Blues artist, Harry Manx, to the stage at the Mary Irwin Theatre on Thursday, September 19 at 7:30 PM. This special evening kicks off the RCA Presents season that is full of award-winning and exciting talent.
