It's officially spring, and we're into Season 3 of pasta making at SFK! Our most well-loved class, this version will be perfect for both new and repeat students! Get your apron tied up and join us, as we turn the flavour profiles of your favourite handmade pastas on their heads. Featuring some local, early spring vegetables in the pasta and the sauce, you'll try your hand at making spinach gnocchi, basil tagliatelle, and duck-stuffed agnolotti. And as the story goes, we'll finish the evening at our long table with all of your efforts on the plate!
