Join QB and Okanagan Spirits for an evening of fun, education, gourmet food & unique gelato/sorbet pairings... tapas style!
Victor and Kevin are excited to partner with Jenny Newell (Okanagan Spirits) to create a unique evening where you can meet new people with similar interests - GIN, great food and of course Italian Ice Cream (GELATO). One of our greatest loves is creating opportunities where we can showcase our passion for food & drink, build community and invite you into our space at QB. Our second greatest love is Hospitality; which is all about the art of entertaining or receiving guests.
Our intention with the Port, Whiskey and Gin nights is to provide some in-depth knowledge on these spirits and then take our guests on a culinary experience like no other. For example, during our Port evenings we will be featuring a Fonseca Terra Prima Organic Port - opulent black fruit, blackberry, plum & cherry and pairing it with a fig & gruyere gelato and a white balsamic reduction drizzled over top.
