Fresh Egg Pasta: You'll roll up your sleeves and create three distinct fresh egg pasta shapes: Spaghetti, Fettuccini, and hand-cut Pappardelle.
Explore a trio of delectable pasta sauces to pair with your pasta created by the Chef (sauces will not be taught in the class). Sauces will rotate on a seasonal basis and may include any of the following: Bolognese, Burro & Salvia (Butter & Sage), Funghi (Mushroom) sauce, Pumpkin and Blue Cheese, etc.
