Follow along with Sam of Give Them Brie for a step by step demonstration, where you'll learn to choose, pair, and place your charcuterie components on a Teakhaus board that you'll get to take home. Enjoy this class full of gourmet food luxuries of the Okanagan alongside perfectly paired wines.
Demonstration and building of your board will take up the first hour of the class. You are welcome to enjoy a beverage and your board in our dining room or wrap it up to take home following the instructional period.
