Join Give Them Brie for a fun afternoon of charcuterie for an interactive class where you'll style your own grazing board, sure to impress guests at your next event!
Follow along with Sam of Give Them Brie for a step-by-step demonstration, where you'll learn to choose, pair, and place your charcuterie components on a Lakehouse board that you'll get to take home. Enjoy this class full of gourmet food luxuries of the Okanagan alongside perfectly paired wines.
Demonstration and building of your board will take up the first hour of the class. In the last 30 minutes, you are welcome to enjoy a beverage and your board in our dining room or wrap it up to take home.
