Indulge in an Evening of Bliss: Yin Yoga, Tea & Massage

Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga and Elaine Vary, a talented Registered Massage Therapist, for an unforgettable evening of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This 75-minute experience offers the perfect combination of Yin Yoga and therapeutic massage, designed to leave you feeling deeply nurtured and restored.

In Yin Yoga, you’ll hold gentle, supported poses for several minutes, allowing your body to open up and release tension in a slow and mindful way. As you settle into each stretch, Elaine will offer hands-on massage to support your body, enhancing your practice and helping to melt away any stress or tightness. The combination of long-held postures and soothing touch helps promote deep relaxation, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation.

Yin Yoga and massage work together as powerful tools for detoxifying the body and calming the mind. As you stretch, you’ll also engage in self-massage through your movements, releasing tightness in muscles and stimulating internal organs, allowing you to truly surrender to the practice.

Meet Elaine
Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Elaine moved to Kelowna almost 20 years ago, seeking the beauty of the outdoor lifestyle. After a successful career in hospitality, she pursued her passion for wellness and became a Registered Massage Therapist. When not working, you’ll find her hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring BC's back roads.
