Study and practice Buddhism and Buddhist meditation with Lama Tashi. Most weekly meditations include a visualization, mantra recitation, and silent meditation. Day-long, half-day practice sessions and longer retreats are being offered throughout the year.
No experience is needed; only a genuine desire to reduce suffering for oneself and others, and be of benefit in the world. Weekly meditations are by donation for use of space and to the Lama. All are welcome.
