Our sommelier, Mia, will guide you through the nuances of different sparkling wines and educate you how to pair them with a range of appetizers, canapes and plated dinners. You'll discover how the effervescence of Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and other sparkling wines can complement or contrast with the flavors and textures of various bites, creating delightful sensations on your palate.

During the class, you'll sample a variety of Okanagan and International sparkling wines and learn about their history, production, and cultural significance.
