Join Kelowna NatureKids for a thrilling birding adventure at Kelowna's Thomson Marsh On December 15 at 10 am. Guided by expert birder Mike Howard, this hands-on experience will immerse you in the rich diversity of local birdlife as we participate in a bird count, spotting species throughout the marsh. With the help of binoculars, photo guides, and a spotting scope, you'll learn to identify a variety of birds and gain insights into their behaviours and habitats. Whether you're a seasoned birdwatcher or a beginner, it's a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature and sharpen your birding skills in the heart of the Okanagan.
