If you've never made Chokecherry juice concentrate, syrup or jelly, this is the workshop for YOU!

We will go out to forage enough berry to fill at least half a grocery bag per person, and then return to learn about it while we separate them from their stems and leaves. Then we will set about the preparation process.

Prepare for 4 to 6 hours spent foraging, creating and learning!

You'll get to take some of each version of the prepared fruit home.
