We’re heading to wine country this June when our Executive Chef Ian McHale and Wine Director Christina Hartigan take their talents to BC’s beautiful Okanagan Valley to co-host a long-table dinner at the celebrated Tantalus Vineyards.

The event will begin with a welcome reception featuring a selection of snacks, bubbly, and beer from Kelowna’s Vice & Virtue Brewing Co. before guests enjoy a custom, multi-course menu prepared by Chef Ian and our culinary team. Each dish will be paired with Tantalus wines, hand-selected by Christina and Tantalus General Manager and Winemaker, David Paterson, who will be co-hosting the evening and speaking to the inspiration behind each bottle.
