Please come out to join us for an 18-Hole Texas scramble tournament followed by a delicious dinner, silent auction, and entertainment!

As some of you may know, Julia was only 17 months old when she was paralyzed from the waist down by a blood clot in her spine. Despite a less than promising prognosis from local doctors, Julia and her family travel to KKI Baltimore and Shriners Philadelphia for medical care and intensive rehab therapy. It’s the advice, training and information from these facilities that give us great hope that Julia will one day be able to walk again, keeping her healthy and strong in the meantime.

All money raised from the tournament will go towards Julia’s goal of walking. Some of these expenses include treatment costs at Kennedy Krieger Institute ($8,000 USD per week x 3 weeks total per year); various specialized equipment for Julia which may not be covered by government funding; duplicate set of mobility devices for her to use at school, modifications to her bathroom and the kitchen so that she can access all areas of the house and learn to be as independent as possible, and continuing her specialized horse-back riding lessons and private swimming lessons.
