Dog-Friendly Activities in Kelowna

With 18 off-leash dog parks and hundreds of dog-friendly trails, your dog will have a great time in Kelowna. Explore hikes, walks, dog beaches, and dog-friendly wineries. There are so many activities you can do with your dog! For hiking or walking with your dog try Paul's Tomb at Knox Mountain, Downtown Waterfront, or Mission Creek Greenway. For detailed information on dog-friendly wineries, click here.

The majority of Kelowna's public parks allow dogs to be on-leash. In parks that permit dogs on-leash, dogs are to be kept on the sidewalk or trails. Owners must be in control of their dogs at all times and are expected to pick-up after their pets immediately - if they poop, you must scoop! This helps ensure everyone can enjoy Kelowna's public spaces.

Check out the map below. Move it around, zoom in and out, click on a dog park, and get directions!
