Kelowna has something for everyone this coming Canada Day long weekend. Whether you want to swim in the lake, dine in the vineyards, take in a festival, listen to live music, explore and learn with your family, or all of the above... the event selection this year will have you wearing red and white to show your Canadian pride.

Head into downtown Kelowna for a self-guided, walking tour of award winning wineries, breweries, distilleries, and a cidery that call the downtown urban core home.

Warm weather and cold beers are a perfect date combo. And with three breweries (and a forth on the way) all within walking distance of each other in the heart of downtown Kelowna, a brewery loop tour is an easy and fun way to spend the day with your sweetie.

Don’t get me wrong, I love popcorn shrimp and gourmet burgers, but sometimes I want to choose the location for family dinner out. With two small kids, my husband and I aren’t often in charge of that decision. Recently we’ve stumbled on a couple of dining options that strike a balance, kid friendly options at adult centric restaurants (who happen to be totally family friendly!)

Kelowna is the place to be for New Years Eve! With plenty of events that cater to all ages and tastes, you're guaranteed to have a blast ringing in the the new year.

While Kelowna is a beautiful place to explore year-round, sometimes it’s nice to escape the winter weather outside and just snuggle into a cozy indoor spot. You don’t have to hide out in your hotel or at home to have a few beverages and some old fashioned fun with your friends.
