With a background in mechanical engineering and vibrancy for climate advocacy, Kayla currently works in the energy sector supporting thermal transition and renewable power generation. She satisfies her craving for community change by leading and supporting sustainability initiatives through the ENGO she co-founded, Green Okanagan, freelance writing, and volunteering. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors, keeping active, and travelling.
