Just because winter has arrived doesn’t mean that wine-touring season is over. We can enjoy touring and tastings all year long in Kelowna! Our gorgeous local wineries will be sparkled up for the holiday season making a wine tour a wonderful way to get into the spirit.

Book a day with friends to pop into these tasting rooms to choose wines for your holiday parties and stock up for trips to the ski hill. While you are there, you can also get some holiday shopping done in the wine shop. Wine-themed gifts, and even better, wine or wine club memberships will make for many smiles come Christmas morning.

Start your tour up at Summerhill Pyramid Winery so you can wind your way down through the beautiful winter vineyard scapes ending up at our urban winery in town, Sandhill Wines. Cheers to a very happy holiday season filled with friends, laughter and fine Okanagan wine!

Sperling Vineyards award-winning Old Vines Riesling is also a great pairing for your holiday turkey. And also make sure to pick up some Orange Wine-- the beautifully hued Pinot Gris is all the rage in the wine world.

Sandhill Wines has a variety of labels and award-winning wines to choose from. I love the Sandhill Small Lots program – impress your guests with a varietal they might not have tried before like the Viognier or Barbera.
