Sperling Vineyards:

The Sperling family has an amazing long history of farming in Kelowna (since 1925!) and are leaders in biodynamic vineyard management and certified organic winemaking. The wine shop is located close to downtown Kelowna making it an easy visit.

Spring releases:

  • 2017 Speritz Organic - A refreshing wine with a light spritz. Made from a heritage “Moscato” planting that’s been on the farm for four generations, these grapes are gently vilified to produce naturally lower alcohol, elegance and finesse.
  • 2017 Old Vines Pinot Organic
  • 2016 Pinot Noir Rose
  • 2015 Old Vines Foch Reserve

The Sparkling Brut is made in the Classic Champagne method, used to reflect the single block of old vines in a grower style. Pinot blanc grapes are harvested “ripe” with perfect skin colour and brown seeds at 18 Brix and 11-12 g/L acidity. After 40 months on lees, the wine is disgorged, using the same wine from
bottles, a dosage of 6.5 g/L is added.
