This calm and inviting space, at the foot of Bernard where the water is steps away, encourages those practicing to let loose and let go. Aided by Infrared Panel lighting, your body seems to melt as you breathe deep and into yourself. Classes offered include detox, hip hop yoga, hipster, 50/50 and more, you’re sure to find a fit for you.

Oranj Fitness

Oranj Fitness led the way for independent fitness studios in Kelowna. From boot camps for every inch of the body to sweat inducing spin, combination yoga/barre classes to ab straining pilates, Oranj knows variety is the spice of life! And … they have an in-house smoothie bar to keep you fueled.

Kelowna Downtown YMCA

Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna, just a short walk from a number of hotel properties, the Kelowna Downtown YMCA offers 7500 square feet of cardio and strength training equipment and fitness area. Additionally they host a studio space with a robust schedule of classes for all ages and abilities, and a health initiative zone for specialty health programs.

Never has a fitness experience felt more like being on the dancefloor into the wee hours of the night then a class at SPINCO. Your legs will ache (not from your heels) from the strengthening force of peddling to a rhythm. Your voice will crack (not from singing along) from the group cheers and pumped up yells. Your body will vibrate (not from your totally awesome moves) from the beat that sets the tone for your ride and keeps you motivated to push on. Have fun.
