When it comes to sparkling wines, we typically enjoy them to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, New Year's toasts, after a bride and groom are married, brunch or even just because it’s Monday. Personally, I can enjoy this wine any day at any time. Thanks to Kelowna wineries, each having a unique style, we as consumers have a choice; there is a sparkling wine for every palate whether you like sweet, dry or something in between.
