OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
“Meet Greg Norman and be First Off the Tee Contest” (the “Contest”)
This promotion is intended for viewing and participation in Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of Canada. Please do not proceed if you are not a legal resident of Canada at the time of entry. Must be 19 years of age or older to enter.

The Sponsors of this Contest (the “Contest Sponsors” or “Contest Group”) include but are not limited to: Tourism Kelowna, Ponderosa Golf Course/Treegroup Founders Limited Partnership, Royal Private Residence Club/Delta Grand Okanagan Resort, Valhalla Helicopters, Budget Rent a Car, Hotel Eldorado, Mission Hill Estate Winery, participating area Golf Courses: Predator Ridge Resort, Okanagan Golf Club, Kelowna Springs Golf Club, Shadow Lake Golf Club, Club at Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club, Black Mountain Golf Club, Harvest Golf Club, Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club, Two Eagles Golf Course, Shannon Lake Golf Club. |

CONTEST PERIOD: Starts approximately April 2, 2011 at 9:00:01 AM PST and ends June 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”), after which time no further entries will be accepted. |

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Contest Period visit the Contest page at ‘www.golfkelowna.com/do/golf’ (the “Contest Website”), complete the online Contest entry form in full, including your first name, last name, complete address, email address and telephone number, confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”) and submit your entry online. There is a limit of one (1) online Contest entry per individual and per email address, per month, during the Contest Period. Only one (1) email address may be used by any person to participate in the Contest. All entries must be received by June 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM PST. |

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Purchase is not required and does not enhance a person’s chance of
winning. Void where prohibited. Although online access and an email account
are required in order to participate in the Contest, no purchase is required:
many public libraries, Internet cafés, retail businesses and others offer
access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other
companies offer free email accounts. |

CONTEST PRIZE: One (1) grand prize
(the “GRAND PRIZE”) a) GRAND PRIZE includes one (1) trip for four (4) to Kelowna, BC Canada. Trip
consists of: return economy air transportation for four (4) from a major
airport nearest the Winner’s primary place of residence in Canada to Kelowna,
BC Canada. Major airports include: Victoria (YYJ), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC),
Edmonton (YEG ), Regina (YQR), Ottawa (YOW) or Toronto (YYZ) (airport,
carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole and absolute discretion
of the Contest Sponsor), a chance to meet Greg Norman in person (appearance
of Greg Norman subject to availability and scheduling) and be one of the
first to play the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course design at the Ponderosa
before it opens to the general public, (Winner will have every opportunity to
redeem these Prizes however the Prizes are subject to change including
conflict with the time of booking, availability and scheduling. In the event
that one, or both of these Prizes cannot be redeemed, a regular tee-time for
four (4) people will be awarded as a replacement), Ponderosa Golf Course
package includes carts, lunch/dinner for four (4) people and four (4) golf
shirts with logos, (some restrictions may apply, subject to change at the
sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), luxury waterfront double-occupancy
accommodation for four (4) people for five (5) nights at the Royal Private
Residence Club / Delta Grand Okanagan Resort, full-size premium SUV rental for
six (6) day from Budget Rent a Car (the renter/Winner will be responsible for
refuelling and optional coverage. The renter/Winner must be 25 years of age
and possess a valid driver’s license and major credit card in their name), private
helicopter tour of Kelowna area golf courses and surrounding areas includes
return transport to a VIP wine tour courtesy of Valhalla Helicopters (helicopter
ride is for four (4) passengers with a combined total weight not exceeding
900lbs, subject to aircraft availability and weather conditions on flight
day. Subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest
Sponsor), helicopter transport to Mission Hill Estate Winery for a private sommelier-guided
winery tour and wine tasting for four (4) people (wine tasters must be of legal age in British Columbia), one (1) tee time for four (4) people including carts at any Golf kelowna.com participating courses listed as
Contest Sponsors, (GRAND PRIZE limit of one (1) tee-time per Contest Sponsor(s)
golf course and a maximum of two (2) Contest Sponsor golf courses per day
(subject to availability and change at the sole and absolute discretion of
the Contest Sponsors), wine-paired gourmet dinner for four (4) people on the waterfront boardwalk or the lakeside dining room
at the Hotel Eldorado (subject to
availability and change at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest
Sponsor). |

CONTEST DRAW DATES: a) GRAND PRIZE CONTEST DRAW: On July 26, 2013 at approximately 11:00:00 AM PST in Kelowna, British Columbia, one (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of your entry being drawn depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Sponsor(s) for any inability for a potential entrant to successfully enter the Contest for any reason. The Contest Group is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures of game play etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. |

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE(S). The potential GRAND PRIZE Winner(s) will be notified by phone by a Contest Sponsor or their
representative, who will attempt to contact the potential Winner for a period
of five (5) business days following the Contest draw. If a potential Winner
cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, the potential Winner will
be disqualified and forfeits the intended Prize and the Contest Sponsor will,
at its sole and absolute discretion, select by random draw another potential Winner
whom the Contest Sponsor or their representatives will attempt to contact,
and who will be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. To be
declared a Winner, the potential Winner must correctly answer the required
time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any
kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, to be administered by
phone at a mutually convenient time and must sign and return the Contest
Group’s form of Declaration of Compliance and Release within seven (7) business
days (see Rule 8 below), and otherwise comply with the Rules. The potential Winner
may be required to furnish proof of identification that may include a
driver’s license or other form of picture identification as part of the
verification process. If a potential Winner cannot be located or does not
respond within seven (7) business days of the date that the Contest Group’s
form of Declaration of Compliance and Release is postmarked as having been
sent by the Contest Sponsor or their representative, the potential Winner
will be disqualified and forfeits the Prize and the Contest Sponsor will, at
its sole and absolute discretion, select by random draw another potential Winner
whom the Contest Sponsor or their representatives will attempt to contact,
and who will be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. The Contest
Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential Winner.
Prizes are valid until Oct 15, 2013. |

8. |
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION. By participating
in this Contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to these Rules and all
decisions of the contest judges (who may be employees, agents or independent
contractors of the Contest Group), which shall be final and legally binding
on the entrant in all matters relating to this Contest including, without
limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries. All entries
become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned. In order to be confirmed a Winner and receive a Prize, the
potential Winner will be required to sign the Contest Group's form of
Declaration of Compliance and Release which confirms compliance with these
Rules and releases Tourism Kelowna, the Contest Sponsor(s), any contest Prize
suppliers, and each of their respective administrators, directors, shareholders,
employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, successors and
assigns (collectively, the “Contest Group”) from all liability with respect
to the entrant’s participation in this Contest and the awarding, use or
misuse of a Prize, including claims from third parties any travel related
thereto without limitation. Guests of the Winner will also be required to
sign and return a standard declaration and release form within seven (7) business
days of being sent, releasing the Contest Group from any and all liability in
connection with the Contest and his/her participation in the Prize as guests
of the Winner. |

Entrants and/or Winner assume liability for injuries caused, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize awarded (including travel related thereto), including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, or property damage. |

10. |
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participant engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. |

Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. |

12. |
ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older, except employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Group or their respective affiliates and if applicable, their respective advertising or promotion agencies, contest judges, contest Prize suppliers, any other companies engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Contest, and members of the immediate families (parents, siblings and children) of, or persons domiciled with, any of the above. |

13. |
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Contest, Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Contest Group: (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding, use or misuse of the Prize, (ii) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, (iii) disclaims any implied warranty, and (iv) is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the Winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, including any travel related thereto or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Contest. |

14. |
CONTEST TERMINATION. Tourism Kelowna and the Contest Sponsor(s) may, at their sole discretion and without liability, terminate the Contest in whole or in part, without notice, or modify or suspend the Contest at any time without notice. In no event will the number of Prizes awarded exceed the available number of Prizes as specified in these Contest Rules. |

The Contest Group is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Rules, the announcement of the Winner, distribution of the Prize or technical malfunctions of telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, viruses, bugs, failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, or failure of any email to be received by the Contest Sponsor or a participant for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. The Contest Group is not responsible for damage to a user’s system occasioned by participation in this Contest or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Contest. |

16. |
The Contest Group does not warrant that access to or use of the Contest will be uninterrupted or error-free. |
|
17. |
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Contest Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the service, or out of any breach of any warranty. This exclusion or limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such exclusion or limitation of liability. |

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. |
|
19. |
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Contest Sponsor(s) in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to British Columbia conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of British Columbia. |

20. |
In the event of any discrepancies between the English language rules and the French language rules for this Contest, the English rules shall prevail. |
|
21. |
PERSONAL INFORMATION. Unless entrants otherwise indicate, the personal information gathered about entrants in the course of this Contest will be used solely by Contest Sponsor, Tourism Kelowna for the administration of the Contest and will be used by the Contest Group in connection with any publicity relating to the Contest. |
