Kelowna is know for it fruits and wines and a stay in our area would not be complete without sampling some of our locally grown and produced fruits and wines.
Jammery Devonshire cream, fresh jam and the “hot out of the oven scones” served in the Teahouse is a great start to any day. After sampling the jams take a tour and learn the art of jam making or visit the gift shop where you can purchase locally made treasures.
Gatzke Orchards This great stop is not only a working orchard but has a great collection of farm equipment on display. Plan time to visit the gift shop, where you will find an excellent selection of local products as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.
Gray Monk Winery - Enjoy this family owned and operated state-of-the-art winery. The tasting room, winery boutique, Grapevine Patio Grill and Wine Bar provide a breath-taking view of Okanagan Lake. A wine library, and banquet facilities are available for private functions. Tour and tasting no charge This is also a great lunch stop and they have room inside or out depending on the weather.
Quail’s Gate Winery - Guests will appreciate the fantastic setting and feel the charm of the historic log cabin Wine Shop & Tasting Room. June through September, visitors can enjoy the “Old Vines Patio” restaurant, overlooking the Estate's lush vineyards and spectacular vistas of Okanagan Lake and the Valley.

Mission Hill Winery - Mission Hill is dedicated to producing world-renowned wines from classic French grape varieties. A must stop for any wine lover. This winery ages its wines in underground caverns and features an 800-seat outdoor theatre that plays host to a variety of entertainment during the summer. Seasonal restaurant on site.

Add in two more Westside wineries: Slamka or Mt Boucherie or head downtown to the Wine Museum for a tasting of wines produced from throughout the Okanagan Valley.
The Wine and Orchard Museums located in the heart of the Cultural District are the perfect finish to your day. There are restaurants, pubs and seasonal outdoor patios close by that offer unique and delectable cuisine experiences. This area is also the center for Parks Alive, program that sponsors free musical concerts throughout the summer season.
