Preparing an event bid is an extensive and expensive task. Sport Kelowna has developed a customizable bid template and will assist you in the development of your bid packages. Not only does this resource reduce the time needed to compile a bid, it presents the event technical requirements and destination information in a consistent and concise manner to selection committees.
Bid preparation details:
- All technical, event budget and event organizational requirements must be provided to Chad Douglas at Sport Kelowna a minimum of 5 weeks prior to bid submission date
- Sport Kelowna will provide all destination information components
- Bid co-ordinator will be provided with proofs of package and will be required to sign off on final proof
- 4 copies of bid package will be provided free of charge. Additional copies will be $15.00 each (+ GST)
