Day 1:
Today you begin your golf adventure in Kelowna. After landing at Kelowna International Airport - which welcomes daily direct flights from Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria - you will be picked up by your shuttle transportation and whisked away to your first golfing destination Predator Ridge Golf Resort.
Consistently rated as one of the finest golf courses in the country, Predator Ridge is one of only two public golf courses in Western Canada to rank in Score Magazine's Canadian Top 25 for the past 8 years. In 2000, Predator Ridge Golf Resort had the pleasure of hosting the Export A Skins Game with Fred Couples, Mike Weir, Sergio Garcia, and Phil Mickelson. Predator Ridge offers 27 holes of spectacular golf with the Osprey, Red Tail and Peregrine nines. Each course has a unique style and beauty that will surely challenge both the player and the enthusiast.
After dinner at the Sand Trap Sports Lounge where you can enjoy the Okanagan’s finest wines and beers and an extensive menu, hop back aboard your shuttle destined for your hotel accommodation where you can kick back and relax for the remainder of the evening.
Day 2:
Rise and shine! After a hearty breakfast at the resort, board the shuttle bus that will transport you and your clubs to Gallagher’s Canyon Golf and Country Club. Rated as one of the best in the country by Score Magazine, Gallagher’s Canyon is a spectacular par 72, 18-hole championship course full of challenging fairways, well-protected greens and awe-inspiring vistas. Throughout the course, you’ll marvel at the scenery around you as you play through tall groves of ponderosa pine and along the very edge of a picturesque canyon.
After the game and a snack in the clubhouse, return to the resort via the shuttle where you can enjoy some Okanagan sun with a dip in the outdoor pool or the waters of Okanagan Lake. Feeling refreshed, join your group as you shuttle to the Hotel Eldorado and your dinner destination. Relax on the dock alongside Okanagan Lake where the restaurant features cool lakeside ambience and is known for their steaks and seafood. Make your way to the “El” lounge which features domestic and import taps and an extensive scotch collection for an after dinner drink. Having been lakeside for the evening, now it’s time to get out on the lake. Board a luxury houseboat for a sunset cruise on Okanagan Lake featuring entertainment, full bar service, hot tub and a complete home theatre system to end the day completely satisfied. After the cruise, board your shuttle to drop you off at the hotel where you can rest and prepare for another day of great golf.
Day 3:
Start your day with a flight-seeing tour of the valley and a chance to get a birds-eye view of today’s course. After breakfast, board your charter float plane for the ultimate tour of the city with Air-Hart Aviation. You will experience the wonder and excitement of a seaplane flight over the breathtaking beauty of the Okanagan and its surrounding mountains, glaciers and alpine lakes. Their high wing Cessna aircraft ensure everyone has a window seat and an excellent view. Along the way, your pilot will point out interesting facts and features over stereo headphones provided for your comfort.
Once you have landed, your shuttle will be waiting to whisk your group off to today’s course, The Harvest Golf Club. There you will enjoy the Harvest Experience spectacular views, award-winning service, attention to detail and golf that is second to none. At 7,109 yards, The Harvest is a championship length course designed by renowned Canadian golf course architect, Graham Cooke. The course features wide, impeccably manicured bent-grass fairways with multiple tee areas designed to challenge the potential of every golfer. The Harvest was once all orchard grounds and golfers can pick fruit off the trees as they make their way to the manicured greens.
After your round, enjoy dinner on the patio at the Harvest Grille before you hop back on board your shuttle. You will need to put your game face on as you are transported to Lake City Casinos for some high rolling entertainment before returning to your hotel after a successful night at the tables.
Day 4:
An early tee-time this morning has you eating your breakfast out at the Golf Course. Today you have the choice of two fabulous courses at the Okanagan Golf Club The Bear and The Quail.
The Bear Course at the Okanagan Golf Club was designed to ignite your passion for the game of golf. Planned by Nicklaus Designs and built in 1998, The Bear is an 18-hole, 6,900 yard, par 72 masterpiece unlike any other golf course in British Columbia. With dramatic sculpted fairways surrounded by the forests and sage brush hills of B.C.'s sun-drenched southern interior, The Bear is the crown jewel course of the Okanagan Valley.
The Quail is a magnificent par 72, 18-hole championship golf course that has become an Okanagan Valley favourite since the day it first opened. Designed by renowned golf course architect Les Furber and built in 1994, this unique course features dramatic elevation changes and breathtaking views as 6,891 yards of multi-tiered fairways meander around a majestic rock bluff.
After your round today, you will be transported to Kelowna International Airport to catch your return flight home to Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver or Victoria. You’ll be certain to spend the short flight home planning your next golf excursion to Kelowna!
