Tourism Kelowna has a number of images available to media, for use in pubilcation along side editorial to promote the destination. To request images contact catherine@tourismkelowna.com. Tourism Kelowna reserves the right to deny any request based on the usage purpose.

Term and Condition Agreement:

Please note that Tourism Kelowna images are for use only in pubilcation along side editorials that promote accommodations, activities, attractions, services and tours in Kelowna. These images are the property of Tourism Kelowna and may not be used for any merchandising or placed on any item for resale.

• Photo credit must be provided for each image to Tourism Kelowna as stated with images provided.
• Images will be provide in a digital format.

Indemnity:

In the event that the Sub-Licensee uses the images other than as specifically authorized by this Agreement (the "Breach") the Sub-Licensee shall indemnify and save harmless Tourism Kelowna from any and all claims, including any loss, damage or expense Tourism Kelowna may suffer, in respect of or resulting from the Breach.
