The Kelowna Museums Society is honouring the tradition of handcrafts. Join us at the Okanagan Heritage Museum starting Tuesday, September 4th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and continuing on the first Tuesday of every month. Bring your handwork of choice and meet others with similar interests. It’s a great way to be inspired, network, and share your craft, all in a comfortable environment that is rich with history. Local handcraft experts will present a short demonstration on the first Tuesday of every month for the first half of the drop-in session. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn about a new craft and get creative! Please feel free to stay on after the demo to work on your own current handwork craft and socialize. Open to all levels of expertise. For more information, visit www.kelownamuseums.ca. Admission by donation, coffee and cookies will be provided.
