Race ONE! And the first event hosted by MEC Kelowna in the beautiful Okanagan! We are thrilled to offer a scenic run through the Mission Creek Greenway. Choose from a 5K or 10K route as the timed race will take you along the Mission Greenway double track. Snacks and water will be available for all participants. The top 3 finishers in each category will receive a MEC medal.

Race day registration is $25 CASH ONLY at the Mission Creek Greenway Park only.

Package Pick up:

Race bib pick up at MEC Kelowna on Saturday, October 15, 2016, between 1pm – 6pm.

Participants will receive 10% off their purchase at MEC Kelowna on Saturday October 15, between 1pm – 6pm by showing their race bib. Discount applies to regularly priced items, cannot be combined with other discounts.

Day of race pick up available at the race location.


Walking, public transit or carpool is encouraged. City transit options available


“MEC reserves the right to cancel any event. Should an event be canceled by MEC prior to 24 hours before the indicated start time, then refunds will be issued. Otherwise all ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be given due to sickness, injury, or failure to show up for the event.

Registrations are non-transferable; you can't transfer your registration to someone else, and we can't transfer it to another race.

Refunds will not be issued for events that experience inclement weather within a 24-hour window of the indicated start time. MEC reserves the right to cancel events that experience extreme temperatures, lightning, thunder and other environmental extremes per Environment Canada guidelines
