Kelowna and area has lots to offer hikers. From easy to tough, downtown and lakeside to rugged and rough, there’s trails for everyone. Nic took his video camera on a couple of hikes to show the varying landscape and views. Some trails are close by (and can be done in under an hour). Venture a bit further and you’ll see another point of view. You can also make a quick day trip to get out and explore some terrain before heading back to reward yourself for conquering a new trail.

Nic Collar is an adventurer to the core, he showcases this passion through his freestyle skiing and love of all things backcountry. He is always seen with camera in hand, but can often be found trying to set up his hammock in the most precarious of situations.
